4 Ingredient Peanut butter Protein Balls
If you’re a Reese’s fan but don’t want the added chemicals and preservatives- then this recipe is a must try! They taste JUST like the inside of one, and can be made in under 10 minutes.
1/2 cup organic unsweetened, no salt added peanut butter
2 TBSP coconut flour
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 TBSP pure organic maple syrup
1/4 chopped dark chocolate bar (optional)
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients until a dough-like texture is formed. Use a scoop or your hands to roll mixture into balls (this recipe makes 7 so that means you can have one everyday for a week, right?!). You can leave them plain, but if you’re feeling fancy then you can cover them in the chopped dark chocolate pieces.
Store in a container or stasher bag in the fridge and enjoy all week long!
