Coconut milk

Need it:

  • 2 cups unsweetened, shredded organic coconut

  • 4 cups hot filtered water

  • 1 tsp vanilla

mix it:

Add coconut shreds in a blender and pour hot water on top. Blend for 2-3 minutes on high and strain into a mason jar. Stir in vanilla extract. Refrigerate and use within 3-4 days.

Drink it:

I use this milk in my beloved matcha lattes, smoothies, and chia pudding!
