Berry smoothie bowl


This smoothie has allll the goods, and my 5 year-old approves.

Grab it:

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup (steamed then frozen) cauliflower

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango

  • handful of fresh organic spinach

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 tsp Sun Potion reishi powder

mix it:

Combine ingredients in a high powered blender and blend on medium-high for 3 minutes. Add water as needed to loosen the mixture.

Top it:

Use whatever you’re in the mood for! Here I used vanilla yogurt, granola, goji berries, cacao nibs, and fresh blackberries.
